Yes. Bartr is free to download and use. There are no listing fees or commissions. Any cash top-up is arranged directly between the two people trading.

Bartr is for swapping, not selling. On Marktplaats or Vinted you set a price; on Bartr you list what you have and what you would like in return, then agree a trade with someone nearby. If the values differ, you can add a cash top-up.
Bartering means exchanging one item for another instead of paying for it. You still end up with a second-hand item, but the thing you no longer need pays for it, and both of you keep something useful in circulation.
